Nem is a HIPAA-oriented, AI-native practice management platform for US dental, medical and mental-health clinics. It combines an AI Voice Agent that answers calls and books appointments with patient records, scheduling, billing and chronic care management in one system.
Yes. Nem's AI Voice Agent answers inbound calls and can book, reschedule and cancel appointments, take messages, and answer billing and insurance-status questions. It stays within front-desk tasks and never gives medical advice.
Nem is built HIPAA-first, with audit logging, encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege role-based access, and PHI minimization. Nem signs a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) before any real patient data is handled.
Nem supports dental, primary-care, mental-health, dermatology and other outpatient clinics in the US and Canada, from solo practices to multi-location groups.
Nem is priced per location, not per provider: Starter is $299, Growth is $899 and Professional is $1,999 per month, plus a custom Enterprise tier. The AI Voice Agent is an add-on at $249, $499 or $899 per month for 300, 750 or 1,500 included minutes. Care Management is a separate subscription priced by enrolled patients: $299 at 50, $599 at 150 and $1,199 at 300. The chatbot is not available yet. A signed BAA is included at no charge.
Nem includes one care-plan engine that supports all six Medicare care-management programs (CCM, RPM, PCM, RTM, BHI and TCM) with time tracking and billing built in, so clinics can run chronic-care programs and capture reimbursement.
Yes. Nem supports importing patients, staff and catalog data so clinics can migrate their records and start on day one.
