Welcome to Nem. This guide covers the basics of your first week.

Sign in and pick a clinic

After you accept your invite, sign in and choose the clinic you work in. If your organization has more than one clinic, you can switch clinics from the top of the app at any time.

Find your way around

The left navigation groups your work into sections: patients, appointments, care plans, billing and reports. Each section opens to a list you can filter and search.

Your data is protected

Nem is built on HIPAA-eligible cloud infrastructure, with a BAA signed per customer. Every record you touch is attributed to you and logged, and access is limited to what your role allows.

Get help anytime

Look for the Help link in the app to search articles like this one. If you cannot find an answer, ask your organization's administrator, who can raise a support request on your behalf.
